Three down, one to go. My third of four commissioned works for ~Phyrxus

This is her OC, Neera. I hope I got the hair right. The reference was a different style and she had her head down, so I wasn't sure how it was supposed to be in my style. I also learned that I need to find a better way to color black hair in my little stringy style. Since Ince's was short and green, I could make it work, but black was a little difficult. Ah, I'll get there.
