Did this to play with the painting style I used awhile back. I was a bit inspired by the painting process in the resources below.
This is a girl I saw on the bus the other day. She was a cute Asian girl wearing this outfit, but since I couldn't remember everything about her, I made some things up. I didn't draw her phone she was holding because it was taking too much time, and I wanted it to be about the coloring and not the details.
